Q. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are:
- 40-50% deposit to start the order / sampling
Remaining balance before final shipment

Q. What kind of fabrics and materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of materials, including leather, polyester, Cordura, softshell fabrics, puffer fabrics, and more. If you have a specific fabric requirement, we can source it or work with your provided material.
Q. Do you have certifications or compliance?
Currently, we are a legally registered company with export documentation ready. Although we don’t have ISO or other certifications yet, we maintain very strict quality control processes and transparent production practices. We are open to discussing audits or social-compliance checks per client needs.
Q. Do you handle branding and packaging?
Yes. We provide private-label services including custom labels, hangtags, embroidery, patches, branded packaging, and custom packaging boxes or bags.
Q. Can you provide references or past work examples?
Yes, we can share our previous work portfolio including product photos, production videos, and client testimonials (if permitted by clients). This helps you see our workmanship, finishing quality, and branding capabilities.

Yes, we specialize in OEM and private-label production. You can send us your design, pattern, fabric, size set, branding (labels, tags), and we will manufacture according to your exact specs.
Q. How long does it take for you to make a sample?
We typically develop and deliver prototype samples within 7–14 days, depending on the design complexity and fabric availability. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Q. What is your lead time for bulk production?
Our lead time depends on order size, customization, and fabric sourcing. Once the sample is approved, we provide a detailed production timeline, including cutting, stitching, finishing, QC, and packing.
Q. What if there is a defect or quality issue in my order?
If there are defects or quality issues, we follow a clear rework / remake / compensation policy based on the situation. We review issues together, provide photo / video evidence, and work to resolve it to your satisfaction before shipment (when possible).
Q. Can you scale production as my brand grows?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated production unit and are capable of scaling up once we establish a working relationship. We support both small test orders and large, recurring production runs.
Q. How do you handle shipping and export documentation?
We handle all necessary export documentation including:

Q. Do you offer OEM / Private Label services?
Yes, we’re an OEM & Private Label specialist. You can customize every detail fabric, colors, labels, tags, buttons, packaging, and even your own logo embroidery or print. We help brands build their own identity by producing jackets under their label with full confidentiality.
Q. What materials and fabrics do you use?
We use high-quality Cordura, Polyester, Nylon, Leather, Softshell, Fleece, and Mixed Fabrics, depending on your product requirement. All materials are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure durability, comfort, and compliance with international export standards. If you prefer any specific material brand or GSM, we can arrange that too.
Q. Can we choose our own fabric or colors?
Of course. We offer complete customization. You can share your fabric type or Pantone color code, and we’ll source or match it for you. We also keep a wide fabric collection on hand so you can choose from our existing options if you want faster production.
Q. What size ranges do you offer?
We make all standard international sizes, from XS to 5XL. If you have your own brand size chart, we can follow that exactly. Before production, we confirm all size specs with you to ensure the perfect fit for your market.
Q. Do you maintain consistency in bulk orders?
Yes, 100%. We follow a strict internal quality process once your sample is approved, all bulk pieces are matched to that master sample. Each batch goes through checking at every stage so the stitching, color, and fit remain consistent throughout the order.
Q. What quality control steps do you follow?
Every order passes through multiple QC stages:
- Cutting inspection (to check pattern accuracy)
- Stitching inspection (to maintain seam strength and uniformity)
- Finishing inspection (to verify labels, zippers, trims, and measurements)
- Final QC before packing
Only jackets that pass all checks move to the packing department.

Yes, we do. We believe in transparent communication with buyers. Throughout production, we share photos and short video clips so you can monitor your order’s progress and feel confident about what’s being made.
Q. How long does a bulk order take?
On average, 4 – 6 weeks after sample approval. However, the exact timeline depends on the order size, materials, and customization level. We always give you a clear production schedule and stick to it because we know time matters in your business.
Q. Can you handle urgent or short-deadline orders?
Yes, we can. If you have a tight schedule or event deadline, we plan our production line accordingly to deliver on time. We may also suggest material options that are available locally to save lead time.
Q. Do you have a sampling department?
Yes, we have a dedicated sampling team and pattern masters who handle sample development separately from bulk production. This allows us to create accurate samples without delaying ongoing orders.
Q. Can we approve a sample before bulk production?
Definitely. We send you a pre-production sample for review and approval before starting mass production. Only after you confirm it, we proceed with the bulk to ensure everything matches your expectations.
Q. Do you export directly from Pakistan?

Q. Which shipping methods do you use?
We export mainly by sea for bulk shipments and air for urgent or smaller consignments. Courier options (like DHL, FedEx, UPS) are also available for sample or small parcel delivery. We choose the best option based on your priority cost or time.
Q. What export documents do you provide?
We provide complete export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List

Q. Can you handle customs clearance and export paperwork?
Yes, we handle all export procedures from our end. Our team works closely with reliable freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely shipment of your goods.
Q. What shipping terms do you offer?
We mostly work on FOB (Karachi Port), CIF, and Door-to-Door terms, depending on what’s convenient for you. You can also nominate your own forwarder if you prefer.
Q. How long does delivery take?
By Air: Usually 7 – 10 working days
By Sea: 25 – 40 days depending on destination (USA, UK, Europe, or Canada)
We always share the estimated delivery timeline before order confirmation.
Q.How do you pack jackets for export?
Each jacket is individually packed in a polybag and then placed in export-grade cartons. Cartons are securely sealed and labeled with product details for easy handling during customs and delivery.
Q. Do you provide shipment tracking?
Yes, we send you all shipment details including tracking numbers, bill of lading copies, and dispatch photos as soon as your order leaves our factory. You can track your shipment in real time.
Q. Who arranges the freight?
We can arrange freight through our trusted forwarders, or you can use your own nominated agent. Either way, we coordinate closely to make sure the goods are shipped safely and on time.
