Our Company Policies!

1. General

By placing an order with Sialkot Jackets Star, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all orders, quotations, sales, and transactions between Sialkot Jackets Star and the buyer.

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
  • We reserve the right to revise quotations if there are changes in raw material costs or production specifications after confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: 30–50% of the total order value to begin production.
  • Balance Payment: Due before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for small samples), or LC (for large bulk orders).
  • All bank charges or transfer fees are borne by the buyer.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • MOQs vary depending on product style, customization, and fabric requirements.
  • We offer flexible MOQs for new brands and startups details provided during quotation.

5. Production & Quality

  • All orders are produced under strict quality control to ensure international export standards.
  • Buyers will approve samples before bulk production.
  • Any modifications or additional instructions must be communicated in writing before production.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms are EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP as agreed with the buyer.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided during order confirmation but are subject to changes due to shipping, customs, or unforeseen delays.
  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import clearance in their country unless otherwise agreed.

7. Export Documentation

  • We provide all necessary export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, and HS Codes.
  • Any additional documentation required by the buyer must be communicated in advance.

8. Product Liability

  • We guarantee that all jackets are produced according to the approved sample.
  • Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt. Any issues regarding defects or damages during production or shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to replace, repair, or compensate based on verification.

9. Intellectual Property & Branding

  • All designs, logos, and branding provided by the buyer remain the property of the buyer.
  • Sialkot Jackets Star will not use or share your designs with third parties. 
  • We reserve the right to use images of finished products for portfolio purposes only, unless the buyer requests confidentiality.

10. Confidentiality

  • All communication, samples, designs, and order details are confidential.
  • We do not share buyer information with any third parties without prior consent.

11. Cancellations & Returns

  • Order cancellations after confirmation may incur partial or full charges depending on production stage.
  • Samples are non-refundable once produced and shipped.
  • Bulk orders are not returnable unless defects are verified and documented.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes are subject to Sialkot jurisdiction.

13. Sample Policies

At Sialkot Jackets Star, all samples are produced strictly on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality standards. For new clients, we require 70 - 75% of the sample cost to be paid in advance before production begins, with the remaining balance to be settled prior to dispatch. To maintain a secure and professional partnership, we request that all communications are conducted via the client’s official business email Example official@sialkotjacketsstar.com, and we may arrange a video call to verify specifications and confirm requirements before commencing production. Sample production includes material selection, sizing, design confirmation, and finishing, and is shipped via reliable international courier services. This policy ensures a professional, transparent, and secure process for both parties while protecting the integrity and quality of all products.
