2-Piece Motorcycle Suit for Track and Road Use
If you are developing a motorcycle apparel collection and need a 2-piece textile suit rather than a one-piece racing suit, this design gives you a practical jacket-and-trouser setup with an aggressive riding profile.
The suit uses a 600D Cordura / poly-nylon outer shell with breathable mesh and thermal lining inside. The separate jacket and trousers are designed as a coordinated set, with the overall construction suited to an aggressive riding position and a waist connection between the two pieces.
The base colour is matte black, combined with slate charcoal grey paneling and sharp neon yellow and white geometric accents. This gives you a technical appearance without making the design unnecessarily complicated.
Jacket Construction
The jacket features a high stand-up Mandarin collar with a snap-button latch. A heavy-duty centre front zipper is protected by a storm flap for a more enclosed front construction.
External TPU shoulder slider caps are fitted on both shoulders. Accordion stretch panels around the outer elbows provide additional flexibility where the rider needs movement. The sleeves also include custom bicep tightener straps and wrist expansion zippers.
For practical storage and ventilation, vertical zippered pockets are positioned on both sides of the upper chest. Bilateral Velcro adjustment straps at the lower waist allow the fit around the hem to be adjusted.
Trouser Construction
The matching trousers continue the same black, charcoal grey, neon yellow and white design language.
Deep angled zippered pockets provide storage around the hip area, while waist belt loops and side waist adjusters allow the fit to be adjusted around the rider.
Horizontal accordion stretch panels are positioned directly above the knees to support movement while riding. The knees feature external hard TPU slider pucks/caps with neon yellow highlights.
The lower legs include neon yellow accent stripes, while boot expansion zippers at the leg openings make it easier to accommodate motorcycle boots.

The main shell uses 600D Cordura / poly-nylon fabric selected for this textile riding suit construction. The internal setup combines breathable mesh lining with thermal lining.
