Cordura Motorcycle Riding Suit
If you are looking for a two-piece Cordura motorcycle suit for your own motorcycle apparel collection, this design combines a matching riding jacket and trouser with a durable textile construction and practical riding-focused details.
The complete set is manufactured from heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant Cordura / Poly-Nylon fabric. The separate jacket and riding pant are designed to work together as a coordinated motorcycle suit, with a connecting zipper system between the two pieces.
The colour scheme uses a solid black primary base with dark charcoal grey overlays across the side and inner-leg areas. Fiery red chevron accents and bright white reflective stripes provide contrast across the chest, arms and thighs, giving the suit a strong technical appearance while keeping the main body visually understated.
If you are comparing Cordura and other textile options for motorcycle apparel, our Cordura fabric guide for motorcycle jackets provides further information on Cordura construction and its use in motorcycle jackets.
Motorcycle Jacket Construction
The jacket features a full-length heavy-duty central zipper running from the lower front to the top mandarin collar. A neck latch closure provides an additional finishing detail around the collar.
Two vertical zippered utility pockets are positioned on the lower front of the jacket, providing practical storage while maintaining the clean technical appearance of the design.
Adjustable Velcro waist straps are positioned on both sides to allow the jacket fit to be refined according to the rider’s requirements.
The upper arms incorporate sleeve adjustment straps. These allow the sleeve circumference and positioning to be adjusted around the rider’s arms and help keep the protective sleeve area properly positioned during use.
Shoulder Protection & Sleeve Design
Both shoulders feature external glossy black TPU protective armour caps with red and white accent detailing.
The shoulder caps contrast against the black textile body while matching the red and white graphics used across the rest of the suit.
The sleeve construction combines black and charcoal textile sections with contrasting red and reflective white elements, creating a consistent appearance from the shoulders through to the forearms.
Two-Piece Riding Trouser Construction
The matching trouser continues the black and charcoal colour scheme used on the jacket. The upper trouser and inner-leg sections use structured charcoal and black paneling to create visual definition across the lower body.
Horizontal accordion stretch panels are positioned immediately above the knees to provide additional flexibility as the legs bend and extend during riding.
The knees feature external composite hard-moulded knee cups together with removable knee sliders. This creates a defined protective knee configuration while allowing the slider component to be removed when required.
The lower shins incorporate vertical side zippers and reflective safety stripes. These closures make it easier to adjust the lower leg around motorcycle riding boots while continuing the reflective detailing from the upper sections of the suit.
