Custom One-Piece Cordura Auto Racing Suit with Our Branding
One-Piece Ergonomic Racing Construction
We constructed this suit as a full-body one-piece karting and auto racing garment with an ergonomic race-fit pattern. The cut is designed around the driving position, allowing the suit to follow the body while providing the mobility and flexibility needed when seated in a racing cockpit.
The main body uses deep navy blue and crisp white as the primary colours, with the panel layout extending continuously from the upper torso through the arms and down towards the lower legs.
For brands developing technical racing apparel, our Cordura fabric guide for motorcycle jackets provides additional context on Cordura-based garment construction and material selection.
600D Cordura / Poly-Nylon Outer Shell
The outer shell is constructed from high-grade, abrasion-resistant 600D Cordura / Poly-Nylon fabric.
Inside the suit, we added a breathable soft mesh lining to provide a lighter, more comfortable interior against the body.
The combination of the structured outer shell and mesh inner layer creates a practical construction for brands developing karting, motorsport and technical racing apparel.
Navy, White and Lime Green Panel Layout
The suit uses deep navy blue and crisp white as its main colour combination.
Continuous white geometric panels run across the side torso, upper shoulders and outer legs. These panels create a connected visual line through the suit rather than separating the colour treatment into isolated sections.
High-visibility lime green accent piping and stripes are then integrated around the chest, arms, waist belt and lower-leg edges. The green detailing creates contrast against the darker navy base while connecting the different sections of the suit visually.
The same colour language continues through the sleeves, waist and lower legs, giving the garment a consistent motorsport appearance from top to bottom.
Concealed Front Zipper and Stand-Up Collar
At the centre front, we fitted a full-length zipper underneath a concealed storm flap. The flap covers the zipper construction and maintains the clean appearance of the front panel.
The upper closure finishes into a high stand-up mandarin collar with a secure Velcro neck latch. This gives the neckline a structured finish while allowing it to be fastened around the driver’s neck.
Shoulder Epaulettes and Custom Sleeve Construction
The shoulder epaulettes use a navy blue and white colour layout to match the main body construction.
The sleeves feature white outer panels with a central green stripe running through the design. This stripe visually connects the shoulder area with the lime green detailing used across the torso and waist.
At the wrists, we fitted elastic ribbed navy cuffs for a close and comfortable finish.
For your own racing collection, these colour blocks and panel arrangements can be adapted during development around your approved artwork and brand identity.
Adjustable Waist Belt with Green Piping
At the midsection, the suit features an adjustable Velcro waist belt.
The belt is finished with green border piping, linking the waist construction with the lime accents used on the chest, sleeves and legs.
The adjustable fastening also provides a practical way to refine the fit around the waist while keeping the race-oriented silhouette intact.
If you are developing a new custom racing garment, our OEM and private-label manufacturing service can be used to develop the construction around your own specifications.
Padded Knee Flex Construction
Above the knees, we incorporated horizontal padded quilting / accordion stitch ribs.
These stitched sections add a structured flex area to the knee region and are positioned to work with the movement required around the legs when driving.
Below the knee, the navy blue lower-leg sections continue the overall colour scheme. Lime green side strips run along the outer seams, finishing into ribbed navy ankle cuffs.
The ankle construction is designed to create a snug transition around karting footwear.
Custom Branding Across the Suit
This particular suit demonstrates how the same garment can be developed as a fully branded racing product.
The “SK Jackets Star” branding is positioned in multiple high-contrast areas across the suit, using white text with the green star icon.
Branding placement includes:
- Upper right chest
- Centre of the waist belt
- Both shoulders / upper sleeves
- Right lower shin
The branding can be produced as embroidered or printed applications according to the approved production specification.
For brands developing their own private-label racing range, these branding areas can instead be adapted for your logo, team identity, sponsor artwork or other approved graphics.
