One-Piece Ergonomic Racing Construction
We constructed this kart racing suit as a full-body one-piece garment with a modern ergonomic race fit. The pattern is shaped to wrap comfortably around the body in a driving stance, keeping the overall silhouette streamlined for track use.
The outer shell uses a high-density, abrasion-resistant Cordura / Poly-Nylon fabric, while the inside is finished with a soft, breathable moisture-wicking mesh lining for a more comfortable interior against the body.

Black Base with Red and White Racing Panels
The suit starts with a solid black base and uses continuous angular side panels to create its racing-focused appearance.
Red and crisp white panels run along the side torso, continue across the outer arms and extend down the legs. The panel layout follows the body rather than appearing as isolated decorative sections, giving the suit a connected motorsport look from the upper body through the legs.
For private-label collections, these colour-blocked panels can also be developed around your own approved artwork, colour palette and branding requirements during sampling.
Concealed Front Zipper and Mandarin Collar
At the front, we fitted a concealed zipper protected by a storm flap / fly cover. This keeps the front closure visually clean while covering the zipper construction.
The neckline is finished with a high mandarin collar and Velcro closure latch. This creates a structured neck finish while allowing the collar to be secured according to the wearer’s preference.
Padded Shoulder Epaulettes
The shoulders feature padded red epaulettes with a dedicated logo placement area.
These epaulettes are designed to function as safety extraction handles for track drivers while also giving the suit a distinctive motorsport construction detail. The padded structure integrates into the shoulder area rather than being added as a purely decorative element.
Adjustable Waist and Stretch Ribbed Cuffs
At the centre waist, we added a wide adjustable Velcro belt finished with red piping. This allows the waist area to be adjusted while reinforcing the racing-oriented silhouette.
The wrists and ankles use stretchable black ribbed knitted cuffs. These cuffs help with wind sealing and are designed to work around glove and boot integration.
The combination of an adjustable waist and stretch cuffs also gives brands additional flexibility when developing different size specifications for their racing collections.

We deliberately kept large smooth panels across the chest, back and thighs to provide practical areas for brand application.
